Not impressed. Did not feel listened to by GP. No explanation, contradiction to e mail asking me to come to surgery. Didn’t take my blood pressure.

Dear Mrs Kemp, Thank you for sharing your experience. I am sorry if you felt that the clinician did not listen to you. The clinician's do try to deal with all clinical concerns in one appointment. Excellent. very thorough Doctor been in pain with my hips and both my knees sent me to have xray👍 receptionist at Wharf Road practice polite very helpful cannot fault NHS

Had a very good experience today at Sheepmarket. Called this morning, really quick call back and appt by 12. Medication for my son collected at 12:30. Thank you.

I have seen the same doctor twice for different reasons. She was so thorough, understanding and listened to my concerns. I was delighted when I saw her the second time.

The issues I came in for was something had discussed with two other doctors previously one of which had specifically told me to come back if the issue came back again. Unfortunately I very must felt I was not taken seriously which I have never experienced before and hope I never will again

Very helpful and managed to get an appointment the same day , could not fault the receptionist the doctor was good managed an appointment at the hospital the same day

Receptionist booked me an appointment with a GP she thought was a woman but turned out to be a man. I waited 2 weeks for this but to walk away because I was too embarrassed. Plus, he was running over 15 minutes late and I had to get back to work or I would’ve been in trouble. I honestly don’t know what to do now.
