I was waiting for my appointment for 45 minutes, I sat in the waiting room and nobody acknowledged me or told me about delays. I saw the Doctor who spent ages typing everything down and I just sat there as if I was secondary. He prescribed a medication and I asked for him to print it, he said he couldn’t as nothing is printed. I said I was in pain and needed it but he said it would go to the pharmacy in 12 hours. I asked him to try to send elsewhere but he said he couldn’t sign it as he is a locum. I just couldn’t believe it but walked away with nothing. He asked me to call him in a week. This surgery is impossible to make an appointment let alone ring the same doctor back. He said he would make an appointment to call me but then said,”oh I can’t there are no appointments.” The next day at my pharmacy more than 20 hours later the pharmacy did not have my prescription for me. The whole experience is stressful, impersonal and unhelpful when you’re at your worse.

I popped in for my Covid and flu vaccine after being invited to book it by text message and Internet. It was a good experience from the welcomers on the door to the two ladies that gave me the two vaccinations. Thanks. In my experience, I didn't really need to wait the 15 minutes after the jabs before I could drive. So instead of driving off, I left the car in the hospital car park while I walked off to do my chores. On the Saturday there was plenty of parking but in the week, this would have taken up a parking place.

My wife and myself arrived at lakeside stamford for our covid and flue jabs although we were 25 mins early no fuss was made it was very professional through out guided through by very nice people and all done in minutes thanks to all concerned carry on the good work

We know that Lakeside has been through challenging times and has had unfavourable reports however this time they deserve five stars. I contacted Lakeside for COVID/Flu vaccinations and was No 1 in the queue and was immediately transferred. We were given appointments for the following day and the whole process was very smooth. Please relay our excellent experience to the practice.

No queuing and staff were ready and pleasant. I received the flu and Covid vaccines within ten minutes of arriving at surgery.

I was very pleased that I managed to talk to a specialist member of staff about my concerns. As a result of those discussions I was able to get a same day appointment with a doctor.

Good efficient setup of a flu/ covid vaccine clinic. Having face masks available and in use by surgery staff may have been an example to to people attending.

Difficulty in actually meeting a doctor at the surgery. Extended periods in a queue on the telephone each morning. I work nights and the limit of telephoning only in the morning to book an appointment is problematic. Why not all day calls to book an appointment within the next few days? That said, the reception staff, support staff, nurses and doctors are very good and provide a great service.

We do offer pre-bookable appointments that are released throughout the week, these are available to book via the surgery, NHS App and SystmOnline. We also offer the digital platform, Doctrin. I was so disappointed with my appointment yesterday. After feeling like my mental health has gone down hill over a number of years but being too worried about seeking help. I finally felt at breaking point and there was no other option. I was so anxious about going in. The doctor I saw was so rude, unempathetic and yawned 5 times why I was visibly so upset talking about what had lead me getting to this point. I nearly walked out. I was just prescribed antidepressants which I was given no information about and no other information how to help myself. I'm honestly appalled by how I was being treated. Working in the NHS myself I would expect so much more empathy, if I treated someone how you treatment me yesterday I'd be disappointed in myself.
