Speedy appointment. Professional and courteous staff. From reception staff through to medics, I was dealt with in a polite manner. When I asked the practitioner about information from the hospital, she took her time and explained her understanding of the issues in a coherent and clear manner. She did not attempt to rush me back through the door

As usual an instant response to my illness that resulted in an appointment within the hour and appropriate treatment given! All staff I met are kind and caring. I cannot fault them at all
