After getting a text from the surgery yesterday to ring and get my son's blood test results, I was told to ring back at 8am today. Did so today at 8am, to listen to a long automatic answer machine and then be suddenly cut off 3 times. Eventually get through and told at position 9 in the queue, by 8.30am after waiting over 20mins, told no appointments left today. Explaining issue on phone line to be told by the receptionist 'I'm not a telephone technician so have no clue why it's cutting you off'. No customer service, no 'I'll raise it as an issue' or any attempt to help, just too bad! Awful treatment, would an elderly person be treated this way?

A first class practice with caring and extremely efficient staff. The premises are modern, clean and tidy and on my several visits always immaculate. Well done to everyone and thank you.

After a phone call with a nurse explaining I am 26 weeks pregnant, cannot stop being sick and feel extremely unwell, I asked if I could come in for a urine dip and BP taken. I was told she couldn’t see me until the following week and that I should not ring 111 in the mean time as this would be an ‘inappropriate use of service’. This nurse made me feel very patronised and as made me feel like I was wasting her time and she had better things to be doing than her job.

I recently had a test at hospital, they've then sent a letter asking me to ring for an appointment to discuss results. I rang several times at 0800 as requested for line to be busy or even just flat out broken. I finally got through at 10.55 to be told all appointments have gone and to ring back at 0800 on Monday. I don't have time to spend an hour or two every morning ringing my doctors on the hope they can slot me in. This service is shocking.

Terrible reception staff who don't relay correct information and are unaware of what's actually on their website. Patronising doctor who called me 30 minutes late (no apology) and had a very condescending manner. First experience of this practice and am now moving. I have zero confidence in the 'care' they offer. Still waiting for a blood pressure monitor, been over a month and no update on that either. If you value your health, avoid
