Saw the doctor a couple of days after having my covid booster as was experiencing painful side effects. The doctor examined me and explained I had an unusual reaction and he would call me in 2 weeks to check how I was Very caring and kind I would definitely recommend this practice and so grateful I am a patient there

My mum is new to this practice. I was amazed with the care and how seriously listened and took every detail into consideration and booked my mum straight away when she needs help.

Having managed to see the nurse the last few times - was impressed at the time she took time to listen and help with my issues - and determine the right course of treatment that the doctors failed to do at my last two visits - thank you

Gynacology appointment. GP was really helpful, supportive and friendly. Great. Understands the needs of the patient and attended, advised and treated with great respect and caring. Great care. Very satisfied.

My experience of care and attention with dr was outstanding. He was the only dr that took my minor conditions seriously. On one occasion I had a phone consultation but i was out of town with bad connection. He was persistent in speaking speak to me and only after few attempts we spoke. Thank you

I had a recent telephone appointment with my GP practice and the doctor was very good. He listened to me and was polite, gave advise Very helpful.

Always received really good service and help; especially in emergency. Today, phoned at 0845 with symptoms to see Practice Nurse. Appointment given for 1000 same morning. Nurse wanted some points checked by a doctor. Seen by doctor within 15 minutes and given very thorough examination. All clear but dehydrated. What more could you want?

I picked up a virus & very bad cough & requested an x-ray because of an intermittent cough I have had since 2020. The Doctor I spoke to listened & referred me for a chest x-ray, to be on the safe side

Received a letter to change practice, as not living in their catchment area. I’m at the same address for 45 years, I never asked for doctor to home visit, always attended appointment and used private doctor when necessary. Very upsetting.

They de-registered my wife accidentally and could not reverse it so she had to re-register again with this practice. Reception was unhelpful. Better staff practice required and improved procedure to avoid such mistake.
