    it’s impossible to get an appointment here. Not on the app or by calling. Calling up only leads to wasted time and more misinformation and I still cannot get an appointment. It’s so appalling

    This practice is so friendly and helpful I am a resent joiner to the practice after being with my practice for over 40 years. Myself and my husband are so delighted with the service ,professionalism , follow up, from the GP , secretary’s and reception and nurses . Thank you all

    My 94 year old mother (who I had cause to remove from a neighbouring practice, following serious continuous issues with her level of care), was treated with utter dignity, respect and attention by the doctor and receptionists. The GP also followed up continuously as promised. The highest standard of care!

    I don't understand why you quickly reach the limit of online submissions so early in the day: "We have paused access to contact us online as we have reached capacity for the day. Please select one of the available options." Also, the option to contact you via WhatsApp "new" does not work because your telephone number does not have the +44 country code and, anyway, is not a mobile number! By the way - the questions you ask, that follow this comment, need to contain the option "Not Relevant"! I was forced to choose an inappropriate answer to most of the questions and so chose "Neither satisfied or dissatisfied"!

    Very easy to get face to face appointment online for 2 days in advance e.g. Saturday for Monday Doctor empathetic, understanding and dealt with my concerns.

    Saw the doctor a couple of days after having my covid booster as was experiencing painful side effects. The doctor examined me and explained I had an unusual reaction and he would call me in 2 weeks to check how I was Very caring and kind I would definitely recommend this practice and so grateful I am a patient there

    My mum is new to this practice. I was amazed with the care and how seriously listened and took every detail into consideration and booked my mum straight away when she needs help.

    Gynacology appointment. GP was really helpful, supportive and friendly. Great. Understands the needs of the patient and attended, advised and treated with great respect and caring. Great care. Very satisfied.

    My experience of care and attention with dr was outstanding. He was the only dr that took my minor conditions seriously. On one occasion I had a phone consultation but i was out of town with bad connection. He was persistent in speaking speak to me and only after few attempts we spoke. Thank you
