Contacted the practice after information and maybe a diagnose. The attendant had no human skills or telephone manners. In times where you cannot see a doctor, a telephone consultation should be, at least, bearable. To GPs over in Langbank, please talk to the staff and explain to them how hard is for a patient to discuss their symptoms to a stranger over the phone. Throwing unhelpful information, ask unrelated questions and talking over the patient, who is not feeling ok, doesn't help. To the attendant, you've left me feeling anxious, worried and hopeless. Your attitude have a great impact on others. You should be more considerate to patients seeking help.

Recently been for my smear test, heather the nurse was very kind and considerate making sure everything was fully explained and putting me at ease - thank you.

You got my smear on Thursday and the two girls really made me feel in a safe place and at ease, they were very understanding about my previous traumas

Always treated lovely at this practice from the reception staff right through to the doctor, today I had a steroid injection and the whole experience I was treated lovely

All around brilliant service from all the staff, Doctors and Nurses. Have been today for the minor surgery clinic and was very impressed with the experience start to finish. Many thanks.

Been at this surgery for many years. The reception staff are lovely and friendly, always have a smile on their faces. The doctors and nurses always take time to listen to you. I would highly recommend this surgery. Don’t believe the negative comments that you read. We have never had any problems.
