I had a smear review done and the nurse was so patient and gentle. I was very happy with her I'd always go back to her on my 3 yearly checks

Wanted to see a doctor about an on going problem - filled in the in line form at 8am - was called by a doctor by 11am and seen at 12.00 - really efficient and simple process. The doctor reassured me, extremely professional.

After 12 years having restless leg syndrome and trying everything , being always tired and hardly sleeping , spoke to gp who advised a certain medication, that was a month ago, I have slept so much better, no symptoms of rls and feel myself again mentally , so so happy and grateful to the gp , he has changed my life for the better.

The nurses are so on top of what my needs are , and go through things thoroughly.Drs are good with following up on any concerns , only thing is hard to get an appointment

The GP I saw was very understanding of my health concerns. She was patient, and let me talk and explain how I was feeling. I’m hopeful this could be the turning point for me.

I got a email asking me to book flu jab or refuse I followed the link said no got another four for the same thing I called the surgery to ask to have my email and phone number removed after the first time so to have another four come through tells me that either that didn’t follow instructions Or couldn’t be bothered but this is not the first time my father in law signed a do not resuscitate at the same surgery he passed and ambulance crew resuscitated him because the surgery should have Given him the paperwork but because of incompetence it was kept at the surgery the ambulance crew had to go and get it My mrs is with the surgery they have lost swabs blood tests numerous times is there no end to the sham I have left the surgery I would rather trust dr google

As you are no longer a patient with us and have not been for some time it is difficult for us to look into your concerns at this late stage. I was particularly concerned about my daughter's health and I have been blessed talking to a very reassuring and professional doctor. Who asked a lot of questions and referred my daughter for further investigations. He was very calm, polite and explained everything to me, also informed me of the next steps and kept a smile on his face to reassure me that everything will be fine. Thanks

Wonderful experience at this Doctors surgery today from the 1st contact to the end of my appointment. The doctor was professional, calming, reassuring and took his time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. It was a particularly sensitive issue for me and was handled perfectly by the doctor and just what I needed at this tricky time.
