Was told to phone at 8 am for an appointment the phone just rings constantly no one answers i was on hold from am until 11.30 when someone answerd and said they had no appointments availble to ring at 2 after waiting for 3 and a half hours for them to answer the phone just to be told no appointment absolutly horrible and annoying frustrating rang back the same day at 2 still no answer was put on hold until 6pm absolutly usless this is the worst GP practice in the whole of england

Dear patient, I am sorry to hear you have been waiting to get through for such a long period of time. The call waiting times should not be that long and I would like to investigate this further to see if there is a fault in the system. Please could you call the surgery and leave your contact details with the receptionists, and the Office Manager or Practice Manager will return your call. I would also like to apologise if you were informed to call after 2pm as all our appointments are released at 8am and therefore this was incorrect information. Call waiting times are longer than usual, due to staff sickness and also the increased demand due to covid, cold and coughs. We do offer an online service, called eConsults which allows you to enter your symptoms online and we respond back to you in 1 working day. Impossible to get an appointment, no one answering the phone, I had to go to the surgery, I was told that I have to come to surgery at 07:30 to queue outside the surgery to book an appointment!!! Impossible to get hold of anyone to provide any information, econsult online is usless.

Dear Patient, We are sorry to hear of your recent experience. All our receptionists and the overflow team are taking calls, however due to winter season the demand has increased and this has led to longer waiting times. We are always trying to improve this and will continue trying to do so by recruiting more staff and promoting the econsultation service. I am sorry to hear that the econsult service did not work for you on this occasion, we would like to look into this further and so if you could please contact the surgery and ask to speak to Val, our Office Manager. They never answer the phone your told to phone to make appointments to see the doctor and also repeat prescription when you request online they dont do anything about it when you phone they dont answer the phone langley health centre is the worst GP practice in england

Dear Patient, I am sorry to hear of your recent experience. I would like to assure you that we have staff answering calls all day between 8am - 6.30pm. Repeat prescriptions requested online should be actioned and will only get rejected if the request is too early, however this should be communicated to you. Please can I request that you call the surgery and ask for Val, our office manager to contact you and we can investigate this further and see what improvements can be made.

When you call you wait for 3 hours to be answered your told to call at 8 am for a doctors appointement you wait 3 hours to be answered only to be told there are no doctors availble and no appointments and a nurse will you call you back then no one calls back outragous absolutley usless surgey ots a struggle even to get repeat prescriptions worst surgery ever

When I make appointment I get the same doctor and they don’t do anything, they prescribe me medicine without looking at the problem in person

I was told I would get a phone call at 10 it was an urgent phone call which was a follow up to spending the day in a an e the previous day didn't receive the call went down to surgery in person only to be told its now an afternoon consultation as doctor wanted to spend more time with me I explained not good enough need my tramadol asap as in a lot of pain asked as the waiting room was pretty empty why the doc couldn't see so I asked to see a manager who spent not even 2 mins with me saying nothing she could do no care of sympathy so back home phone call from doc eventually who I must say was pretty understanding went to pick up prescription at 4.30 as told and apparently it hadn't been filled out properly more hassle yet again I suffer very bad with my mental health and have been under new horizons mental health centre for many years I have had to call a emergency meeting with my care co coordinator as my mental health has taken a battering

I note that your appointment was originally booked with the oncall Doctor which is for emergencies only. Due to the high demand of urgent cases that morning your appointment was delayed into the afternoon, and you should have been made aware of this. We apologise the inconvenience caused due to the prescription error. I will be discussing this with the clinical team in our next practice meeting to share learning and see what improvements can be made.
