Very happy indeed with all aspects - doctors, nurses, reception and practice manager and even the telephone. If you are having problems and make that clear, they will help and go the extra mile if necessary. We are both now getting old and our experience has been very good for quite some time, whether general health, heart, prostate or cancer. Admittedly you need a modicum of patience at times with the system, just like those themselves within the practice, but they are reliable and there when you need them. Just recently we were away in Scotland (a different country and health system!) and needed an urgent prescription - which got done efficiently, speedily and in a friendly and caring way, with follow up too. Definitely one of the best.

I was not confident when I contacted the surgery with a very bad back problem. However the fantastic reception/ phone staff alerted me to the new system the surgery have set up, where a highly qualified, professional and knowledgeable physiotherapist visits once a week to examine you and gives advice, medication and if required further physiotherapy within the NHS system. Marvellous set up thankyou to the whole team

I had to come and and leave a review because all you hear in the news is how impossible it is to get a doctors appointment and my experience couldn’t be further from the truth! The staff on reception are friendly, welcoming, helpful and most importantly will do anything they can to get you a same day appointment. Twice now I’ve managed to get an appointment within an hour for my child to see a doctor, and I think that’s a pretty amazing service! I would also add that the doctors I’ve seen have them been equally brilliant.

I phoned for an appointment on Tuesday and was '3 in the queue'. I was put through after a very short wait and offered several choices of times for just two or three days hence. I was seen within 48 hours ( and this was only a request for referral for physiotherapy) by an attentive and patient doctor, given a thorough examination, a print off of suggested exercises, paperwork for an x-ray at a nearby hospital, referred for physiotherapy and a date in two weeks for a telephone follow - up. My appointment with the doctor was at 9.00am and, after the x-ray on my way home, I was back in time for coffee at 10.30am.I Brilliant service, wonderful staff and spotless clinics. Thank you
