I found out today that the prescription that I ordered and was approved on Jan14 2025 was not send to my selected pharmacy. I consider this dereliction of the duty of care as my wife has been twice to the pharmacy to collect this prescription but it had never been send to the pharmacy. On calling the surgery, I find that it was not sent but printed out without notifying me of any change in the arrangement. This is unacceptable and typically, I now have to arrange for the prescription to be collected myself. This lack of responsibility is alarming. Why wasn't I notified? Why was the automatic system not working? Why was it just left for me to discover the system has failed? Why was it left to me to sort out the mess?

Been with the practice for 8 years. The service has been outstanding. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are patient, caring and professional. I am always given appropriate advice and the practice is proactive in my needs as an older patient.

Everyone I spoke to at the practice was incredibly helpful and kind. The doctors were very good and I received excellent follow up to my consultation. I was able to get through on the phone and the receptionist that I spoke to was fantastic- she went above and beyond to help me and I was so impressed overall. Policy won't allow me to mention names here but thank you to everyone at the practice- I am very grateful.
