Telephone consultation same day, prescription sent to local pharmacy and referrals made as promised. Great service from all at Lathom House including helpful reception staff.

I got a non-urgent phone appointment in 4 days. Lovely courteous staff. Prompt call from the doctor asking to see me very quickly that morning. Practical solution offered with prompt reassurance and further investigation next week. I also got through on the phone with a query in less than a minute. Brilliant from start to finish. .
