Rang call centre 11:30am,Doctor rang me before 12noon to arrange appointment same afternoon,his findings sent off to Dermatology. Awaiting there response.

My baby has been ill and from start to finish, the support I have received has been brilliant. The person I spoke to on the phone really emphasised with the situation and both GPs I saw were outstanding. They called to check how my son was after the initial visit and asked to check him again. The GP at todays visit was so engaged with my son, trying to make him laugh and smile when he cried after his examination. Both GPs I saw uring this period took the time to explain to me why my son was ill and with me being a new parent, what to look out for in the future which has built up my confidence to assess when further medical support is required. I'd had a really challenging week with an ill baby and when I left the surgery, I felt really reassured and supported. Thank you so much.
