   I called on Monday in regards to some blood tests I had the previous week, and the receptionist told me the GP / Doctor would call me in the morning sometime. I called again at 11.55 am as I had not received a call only to be told I would be called on Thursday. This is really poor communication as I have to work and waited for the call all morning.
