    Service has tanked. Rock bottom. It takes over an hour to get through. Receptionist hung up on me when I insisted on speaking to a gp. Dr on duty did not even have the courtesy to call just sent a random text telling me to repeat a process I have already done and providing incomplete information. Sent emails didn't receive a reply. Treatment room, nurses, certain drs (esp pediatric) are top notch if you can get through. I wouldn't recommend for all round care and peace of mind. It will deteriorate your mental health.

    I felt I was heard, and understood very well by my doctor every time I make appointment for myself and children we get seen or have telephone consultation. I would like to thank each and every doctor and all the other hardworking staff there.

    Yesterday I put a request on the practice website about my child's health problem. I had a helpful text back from a GP within 30 minutes and a prescription ready to pick up at the pharmacy within an hour. Thank you so much !

    Today I went to the gp. I told the situation to the receptionist and she told the doctor about it. And I don't understand why I couldn't get an appointment to see the doctor. She just told me 'I did tell him about it and the doctor is not happy to do it'. It's not fair that I couldn't explain the situation myself to the doctor. I have needed the doctor 3 times in 2 years and I couldn't get an appointment these 3 times.

    I've been a patient at this surgery for almost 7 years. On the whole, I'm willing to put up with rude and overstretched receptionists and sub-standard service as I understand how strapped the Public Sector is at the moment. However, I hit boiling point today... the last four times I've tried to call to reschedule an appt, I've been put in the cold queue for over an hour each time and then just given up! Therefore missing my appointment. I managed to rebook the appt without too much trouble but realised yesterday that I couldn't attend. Today, I was on the phone for almost two hours (!!!), got to number 1 in the cold queue and then got cut off! Not happy, waste of my time and NHS money.
