After being worried about my appointment I was attending, I really shouldn’t of worried I was put at ease by every member of staff I was spoke too, thank you and keep being amazing x

I was able to get help the same day the staff we're very polite and friendly. Given enough time to explain my problem .

Seen the nurse today who i have recently started seeing, she is absolutey the best nurse i have seen in the practice. I feel so comfortable opening up to her and she is so down to earth and makes my appointment easy which takes away my anxiety. 'Nurse' is very knowledgeable and has gave great advice and put in relevant referals with any issues i have came to her with. 'Nurse' is a wonderful nurse and the practice is great and lucky to have her working as part of their team.

I have been in to see our practice nurse today for a spirometry test. The nurse in question was extremely polite, professional and prioritised my needs. She went out of her way to go over my blood results with me in a manner I could understand, was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease. I have seen this nurse before in practice, she has always been very supportive, caring and compassionate treating me as an individual. She always make time to answer my questions and is fantastic at offering me further health advice, support and guidance. Our Dr's practice is very lucky to have such an excellent nurse and I hope she will remain at our practice for many more years.

Seen a doctor at the practice around 1 week ago looked in my ear and stated no issues with it just sent a referral to audiology and said it was just psoriasis, I wasn't happy with the outcome had pain headaches and poor balance still after appt went back seen nurse nikki and she was amazing checked my ears thoroughly and confirmed that my ear was in fact impacted and blocked, referral sent and issue dealt with if it wasn't for the nurse I would of continued to have this issue due to gp stating it was just psoriasis. Big thanks to nurse nikki for dealing with my issue and being so caring and compassionate

Ive had a very positive experience on my previous 2 visits. 1 for an ADHD refereal and another for a Nurse appointnent regardibg Cholesterol. My nurse is fantastic, down to earth, and explains things in a clear way. Getting a GP appointment is still extremley difficult on the day and can be incredibly frustrating.

Had a issue with my legs swelling doctor went above and beyond to get me seen by appropriate services all done and dusted within 4 days excellent service

Excellent Surgery, easy access to Appointments. Doctors and staff are fantastic nothing too much for them, Reception staff friendly and pleasant lovely atmosphere very clean and welcoming Very happy Patient.
