Contracted the practice on Tuesday the 19/3 explained my needs and they asked me to visit the surgery the following morning, the doctor took some photos of the affected area, the photos were sent to a specialist and I an now waiting on an appointment at the hospital. Great service great people.

The nurse was great, my wound is practically healed thanks to the diabetic nurse. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have seen a nurse twice in the last week about a wound and it has been dressed by the nurse. Excellent

Very helpful staff, very responsive with my query, GP and nurse were so attentive and kind. From the lovely staff on the phone to the clinical staff, would highly recommend this practice for the service they provide to patients

I wanted to make an appointment today! to see a doctor, because I have been experiencing abdominal pain these past days! Only problem is there always seems to be a massive que. I was waiting for a very long for the reception staff to answer the phone at there end? after waiting for a very long time for them to answer the phone? I got fed up and decided to finished the call. I will probably have to go to a&e.

I am very sorry - we do monitor the phone queues and ensure we have staff available at peak times to keep waiting down. You are able to seek medical advice from us via the website to save you waiting on the phone. Unfortunately the phones do tend to be very busy but please be assured if you do wait your call will be answered as quickly as possible. A&E is only for life threatening conditions - if you need medical advise when we are not open please call 111 who can help you. Bev McLean, Business Manager
