Initially to find out you can no longer phone for a consultation but instead fill out a form this was a little off putting but from sending the form off to getting a call for an appointment was around an hour. The Doctor was brilliant with me and took her time with me.

I had an appointment today to see a Dr. The lady I saw was very attentive, thorough and kind. Even though I was worried about taking up too much of her time, nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Using the link provided today. Trying to get an appointment for my 13yr old grand daughter. Been told the triage link opens at 7am. Tried and tried and all I get is a message saying that all available appointments for today are gone. How when they haven't even been triaged as surgery not even open until 8am?

Left in pain for 3 weeks Promised call backs that don’t happen Unhelpful Dr with no empathy who refuses to listen Forced online to make requests which doesn’t suit and fundamentally doesn’t work When you do get a reply it’s out of touch, I was referred to physio for urgent pain relief, I’ve been registered with NHS physio for 2 years. Then when I chased this up the new online forms were full for the day! (Seriously?) This service is impersonable, robotic and at some speed becoming less efficient than it already is We (your customers) need support from a sector that we pay good money towards. All we are getting is being crudely left in pain in a tsunami of online red tape and lack of care and due diligence.

I struggled to find the right place to request an appointment online, so rang the surgery - a helpful person directed me to the right place. I filled out the form on Friday 2nd August, requesting an appointment. Today is Thursday 8th August and I still haven’t heard back from anyone - to either offer an appointment or any advice.

This is a geat service. I have had a spoke in my blood pressure and I was contacted on the day. Spoke to a Doctor and much better than waiting hours on a phone call to say we can’t do much

Absolutely impossible to get an appointment with this new system. I was offered 1 appointment but it was whilst I was at work. Receptionist told me to ring 111. Was told no other appointments where available. Just not good enough. Was asked by the Pharmacist to make an appointment for a medication review, 3 times I phoned the surgery to be told hd would phone me back...still waiting 3 week later. I have now changed to a different practice

2nd time seen Karen found I had af last time this time only medical practitioner to try and resolve my dizziness showing her my blood pressure results took them into a doctor she is really trying to sort it out for me thanks Karen
