Attended Leigh Family Practice today for annual flu jabs. The car parks and roads near practice were extremely busy.. I though we'll be here for hours. Booked in and went upstairs to clinic. Both me and husband were straight in and back in car within 5 mins. Everyone so polite and helpful as always. Brilliant staff.

The nurse was really friendly, efficient and put me at ease when we were there for my baby's first vaccinenations. She was amazing with the baby too. Very attentive nurse and a lovely person ❤️

Receptionists always polite and friendly, they go above and beyond to help. Can always get an appointment with the option of face-to-face or over the phone. Feel like I'm listened to by GP's.

I had my annual review with one of the nurses today she was wonderful. Very clear and helpful, she offered me some advice also! I want to say I am really pleased about this practice performance recently. Between the reception staff who are really friendly and full of knowledge, the consistency between gps and nurses. I actually would recommend this practice to a friend or anyone else looking for a local gp surgery. Well done to you guys!

I wanted to thank everyone for their support. I’ve been going to Leigh Family practice for years and it’s really made a tremendous turn around in upping its standards. All receptionist staff are hardworking and so friendly.They always get back to you with the correct information. The doctors are all fantastic I can’t name names but doctor c has been wonderful and very professional. I also spoke to the receptionist manager. She’s is honestly a gem to the practice, so friendly and understanding she is a credit to them.

Visited today after an appointment was made to see the GP, After 35 mins past my appointment time I was called in only not to see a GP but a Advanced Nurse Practitioner!! She was very nice and understanding but not in a position to offer me advice on my complex Gynaecology issues! It's good that face to face appointments are taking place again but ridiculous that you don't get to see the person you ask for and the receptionists are making the decision for you. I will be moving surgery's soon.

I initially had problems with the service due to poor internal communication but feel they are working hard to improve. Over the phone & face to face everyone is kind and helpful.
