    Surgery sent me a text about a telephone consultation and rang me later to see if the appointment time was ok, The nurse rang on time and was very pleasant…(Not like some).

    Was told to come in for a flu jab. made an appointment turned up was told I was too young, not eligible for a flu jab. not a good service

    The clinical staff are great , very pleasant. Took time with me and my baby Just difficult to get through to the reception when you need to call, but are available at the desk when you go in the surgery

    I went to reception to check in for my appointment, spoke to the member of staff who said they checked me in. After half an hour I went back up to the reception to ask what was going on. The receptionist then informed me that the previous staff member had not checked me in. I ended up waiting nearly an hour

    Dear Patient. Thank you for your Feedback. We apologise that the experience you have had with the practice has not been a positive one. We welcome any feedback from our patients, good or bad which will ultimately assist us to improve the services we deliver. I would like to thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and may we assure you of our continued service to you at all times. May we also take this opportunity to apologise that you had to wait to see the clinician , I can see from your notes that you were marked as arrived for your appointment by the receptionist but another staff member accidently changed this , This error has been discussed with the staff member in question. The surgery endeavours to provide the best possible standard of care to all our patients and we will continue with regular monitoring and review to enable us to constantly improve the services we offer.

    I moved to this practice after having issues with my previous doctors. Leigh Family Practice were easy to contact, the appointment was on time, staff at the desk were friendly and helpful and the nurse was lovely! Very informative and explained everything she would be doing and why. Have recommended to family already

    I was phone today by a lovely, patient and understanding Dr, for a telephone consultation. I didn't feel rushed, I felt cared about and most importantly he was understanding of my situation. I have never met this Dr, but wouldn't at all mind if I was put under his care permanently. Because of my query I was concerned about being rushed or not taken seriously. I wasn't rushed and I was definitely taken serious. Thankyou Dr.

    dr phoned me and left an unaudable message on voicemail.would think a dr would not mumble but speak clearly.phoned surgery was told could not get another telephone appointment for 7 days.pathetic as usual
