This morning I had a cervical smear test. The nurse made this intimate procedure as relaxing as possible. She provided informative and diligent care throughout the entire procedure.

Just had asthma review and blood test results update, not great news for me, but Nurse dealt with me really well and I've learned how to improve inhaler technique for both my inhalers, also learned more about dealing with the health issues that have been highlighted in my recent blood tests. Thank you Nurse!

Clinical care by GP and Nurse this week has again been first class. The care and professional approach by reception team and clinical team always ensures that I leave my appointment feeling that my time with them was really valuable. I have never had such great care than I do at this practice. Nothing ever appears to be too much trouble. I wish all surgeries gave healthcare like they do here.

The nurse I saw today is a very thorough nurse and makes sure you have all the information needed. She does not rush you and will also check awareness of other things that might need flagging up. She is professional throughout and friendly.

Can always get through quickly on phones and get urgent appointments if needed. Appropriate triage for non urgent appointments. Staff are lovely. The nurse was lovely at my appointment today and helped with my baby while she was seeing me.
