Today was the 1st time I have known of this Dr. I found him to be sympathetic, kind and willing to explain, to help me understand what has happened to me to cause my emergency admission into hospital. This, in turn, helped allay my immediate concerns about my health and calm me down psychologically. I hope he realises how valuable these attributes are to any patient and continues his valuable work - preferably at our practice!
