Today 5th May 2023, i finally got the result i wanted. I was seen by a Nurse Prescriber who sorted my medication out immediately and efficiently. After 2 months of in correct medication given to me for Parkinson. Thank You so much.

Went in 8 am got appt 9 am diagnosed with shingles very happy with the doctor very understanding. From going in was made welcome and felt at ease excellent service. After diagnosed given medication.

Monitored blood pressure for a week, reported results to doctors, no feedback after two weeks, so: Receptionist: “Do you want to see a doctor?” Me: “Well what do you think? The nurse asked me to monitor my blood pressure and I reported the results and they look like I need medication” Receptionist: “There’s nothing on my records, so would you like an appointment?” Me: “We’ll I think I better had” Receptionist: “3 weeks” Fast forward three weeks: Doctor: “Your results are high enough that you’ll need medication and a full blood test work up to ensure everything else is okay”

Had a phone consultation rather than face to face as this suited me better . I was given the option of which i wanted . Doctor was very pleasant and efficient with my questions, i got out of the appointment exactly what i wanted . Things were explained in detail and clearly . The doctor was an asset to the surgery and i would use this method of appointment again .
