Had a smear test with one of the practice nurses. Considering this can often be an uncomfortable experience, she was great at putting me at ease and was exceptionally professional, friendly and compassionate before, during and after the procedure.

Timely appointment Courteous and helpful reception staff Doctor approachable, patient, thorough and shows an interest in me as a person and not just my condition. Surgery clean and feels safe from an infection control aspect

I am a new patient at this practice and went through the patient health check details. The nurse practitioner I met with was very informative with a friendly manner. My first impression was very positive.

Had my sons 1 year injections and the nurse was lovely, really welcoming and professional. Sorry I forgot the ladies name but it was on 26/04, gave all the information needed for the injections and after care.

Nothing gets better than Lsvp The receptionists are always so welcoming and do everything within their remit to help you efficiently, professionally and with compassion. My GP could not be more supportive or caring. He is by far the best GP I have ever had and it is always a pleasure to see him. He cannot do anymore than he already does to support me through my long term illness. If Carlsberg did GP surgeries…… is Lsvp the admin/reception team/ nurses and my Gp Thank you for all that you do for me and my Family, always.
