Two of my son had symptoms and one was seen the other one was ignored. One was examined and that’s it, no advice no medicines came home with nothing. My son asked me why did we even went to gp? His blood pressure was low and no other advice.

Dear patient. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you have cause to complain, GPs can only deal with one patient in the allocated appointment time. Without more information we are unable to investigate further. Please contact the surgery and ask to speak to the manager so that I can look into the issue you have raised. I was going to consult the gp and was told that my registration at the centre was cancelled. I had been responding to the messages from the centre after the confirmation of my registration and had never been notified regarding the unanticipated cancellation of my registration. Now I am left without any access to medical advice despite the huge amount of ihs charge wasted.
