After a visit to Pennington Park Surgery, as always staff and Doctor made me feel welcome. Appointment was prompt and my questions to the doctor was answered. I was thankful yet again for the professional care that I received. Thank you to all .

I came in on a Wednesday afternoon the girl who was there was training and on her own. Nothing was to much trouble she sorted all my problems out. Even when I had a little wobble she listened and was so caring. I have never had any issue with the practice and the doctors are all great but L aura went above and beyond and is a true credit to whoever hired her. Please see this message gets to her. She put an smile on my day after a very stressful day.

I have used this practice for the last year or so and it is a great practice with a great team. From telephone information to collecting bloods forms the team is always friendly and helpful. They even sorted my flu jab for a Saturday so i didn’t have to take time off work. My GP is also a star who always has time for me and is very understanding whenever i need him.i owe a lot to him over this last 12 months so thanks again.

I have developed a balance and mobility issue which is very debilitating. My GP saw me and arranged an MRI scan the very next day. I am extremely impressed and highly recommend 5his practice

Following a very unpleasant conversation with one of their receptionists who was unhelpful and abrasive I decided to use the AskmyGP App instead. What should have been a simple request somehow became very difficult as my requests were either mis-understood or completely ignored. One of the main issues is the request is closed down on the app once they have responded whether the request has been actioned or not. In my case one of my requests was repeatedly missed so all I could do was raise another request which again got missed or was ignored. Requests for a call back were also repeated ignored. I am all for using technology to improve efficiency but this AskmyGP app has a long long way to go before it becomes fit for purpose.

I have always had good experience with the doctors, doing amazing work. Local hospital missed diagnosed a condition I had and was sent home and my GP picked up the correct diagnosis straight away and got referred within the hour and went straight back to hospital where I spent 2 weeks having treatment. Keep up the good work
