From seeing various members of staff throughout a small journey, I find all are exceptionally kind, thoughful, along with the vast amount of knowledge shared between them. In particular I feel I must mention your reception team, who have to deal with many scenarios. Their smiling faces upon arrival was very noticeable along with a few pleasantries & questions I had. The waiting area is clean & bright, with lots of information. The staff I have met, made me feel at ease, listening & advising accordingly. I think its a great practice. Thank you for being there when needed.

I called in the surgery this morning, explained to the receptionist my problem and was put straight on the on call doctors list for a call back, this was dealt with very quickly and within 10 minutes I had had a phone call back and been invited into the surgery to see the GP all within an hour. The GP dealing with my problem was kind and very sympathetic. I am usually contacting the surgery on behalf of my elderly mother-in-law or my husband, and have always been happy with the level of service they have received. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice.

Having recently attended the practice, All the staff reception, Doctors and the nurse who did my bloods were very attentive, helpful, caring and ready to listen.

Lgmc have always been there for my family. Sadly on April 10th this year we lost my mother. Lgmc were there with advice and compassion throughout our sad time and have continued to support our father after too. I couldn't praise Lgmc highly enough. Thank you for being there for us through this really hard time and for your continuous support for our family.

Was able to get a phone call back from Doctor on same day as went in to reception. From this phone call appointment made for following day to visit surgery. Tests put in place and further appointments made for results. Cannot speak highly enough of all staff - receptionist, doctor and nursing staff at this practice.

Beyond the odd routine check or jab, my partner's contact with Lime Grove started 6 months ago. Since then, our dealings have been very, very good with everyone: reception, admin staff, nurses, doctors, partners and visiting service. They are all friendly and listen well and I get a real sense of them trying to help us through the system. Great team, thanks.

Very good practice to deal with. The phone is answered in a friendly way, and appointments can be made in a reasonable time. Communication is good with text updates sent out. Prescription requests are swiftly dealt with, and notified to a nearby pharmacy.

Came in on off chance to ask about seeing doctor about cough and chest wheeze. While waiting for my partner to go in for appointment I was seen by clinical practitioner who diagnosed chest infection and prescribed medication.
