I recently had an outstanding experience at Lime Grove and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude. From the moment I contacted the surgery, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and efficient, guiding me through the process with warmth and professionalism. The doctor who handled my query was equally exceptional, providing thorough and prompt care. Thanks to their swift action, my boys received the necessary preventive care, which not only kept them healthy but also prevented the need for any secondary medical intervention. It’s rare to encounter such a well-coordinated team that truly prioritises patient care, and I am deeply appreciative of how they made a potentially stressful situation much easier for our family. Their dedication and expertise have left me feeling truly grateful for the support they’ve provided. Thank you for making such a positive difference.

I missed my appointment by 5 mins due to bad traffic and the fact I had to get 2 buses so I give myself an hr to get to the surgery. When I got to the surgery there was a cue of 7 ppl before me each took at least 5 mins. When it came to my turn it was 20 mins past my appointment time..the receptionist refused my appointment.. it was not my fault I was in the cue so long.. there was at least 15 more ppl after me so I would to know how many more ppl got refused there appointment after being late.. terrible service and attitude..🤬

I attended the practice this morning for a clinical review and during my appointment I felt I was listened too and helped to understand the pros and cons of my medication. The attitude of the doctor made me feel that my mental health as well as my physical health was important.

Have been with lime Grove for a while now and they have been incredible. The GPs are kind and patient and the nurses are brilliant. Recently had an issue and had a teary call with a receptionist who was kind and patient and got me seen by a gp same day. I got sent for a blood test and the young nurse managed to get blood first try (not an easy task), hardly felt the needle and was left with no bruise at all. Finally had a follow up with the GP who gave me time to explain my symptoms, and who explained what treatment options I had and discussed them with me then booked a follow up to see how it works. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone who likes being treated like a human!

I have had extensive interaction with doctors, admin and nurses at Lime Grove, as well as physio, and mental health support, at the practice. I'm so grateful for their excellent care and support: timely referrals, help coping with symptoms and medication, and helping me get my hospital treatment expedited. There's no better team of listeners, I feel cared for as a whole person. I owe the friendship, community, job and support network I now have, to the referrals and involvement of Lime Grove when I needed it most during a life crisis.

I don’t have used the practice for over 15 years and have some complex health issues. I have many examples of great care, but Most recently a delay In a referral caused some stress that was alleviated by one of the admin team being genuine, supportive and caring. In spite of challenging times for the nhs, and a global pandemic, every staff member continues to provide genuine, caring, reassuring advice and support. The practice in general seems to strive to provide excellent community healthcare and staff members have often gone the extra mile to help me. Thank you Lime Grove Medical team. I really appreciate you.

From seeing various members of staff throughout a small journey, I find all are exceptionally kind, thoughful, along with the vast amount of knowledge shared between them. In particular I feel I must mention your reception team, who have to deal with many scenarios. Their smiling faces upon arrival was very noticeable along with a few pleasantries & questions I had. The waiting area is clean & bright, with lots of information. The staff I have met, made me feel at ease, listening & advising accordingly. I think its a great practice. Thank you for being there when needed.

I called in the surgery this morning, explained to the receptionist my problem and was put straight on the on call doctors list for a call back, this was dealt with very quickly and within 10 minutes I had had a phone call back and been invited into the surgery to see the GP all within an hour. The GP dealing with my problem was kind and very sympathetic. I am usually contacting the surgery on behalf of my elderly mother-in-law or my husband, and have always been happy with the level of service they have received. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice.

Lgmc have always been there for my family. Sadly on April 10th this year we lost my mother. Lgmc were there with advice and compassion throughout our sad time and have continued to support our father after too. I couldn't praise Lgmc highly enough. Thank you for being there for us through this really hard time and for your continuous support for our family.
