    Having been at this surgery for the last 25 years it was good but now Im afraid it is no longer fit for purpose. They have just lost my repeat prescription and they don't care that Im out of my meds, and the care navigators as they call them now but all of you know them as the secretarial staff are rude, cocky and generally unpleasant and if you don't like what they say you just have to live with it and their really unpleasant attitude. None of this helps when you are very unwell. Oh and if you don't want to discuss your medical issue with the Care Navigators then you get to see a nurse only, they make the decision! . All in all a terrible place to deal with and today it was obviously "like it or lump it" attitude was abundant. There have got to be better surgery's in Kettering and I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere for your medical needs. So bad bad bad zero stars for this excuse for a medical establishment.

    place is shocking, worst practice in kettering! if I could move surgery's I would.. Never any appointments available, Chased for 3 days to speak with my doctor to be told I need to be seen, but cant offer me an appointment for 3 weeks!
