    could not be better, phoned at 9.30 got appointment for 10 the same day had treatment at 11,20 next day home by 12 o'clock, absolutely fantastic

    Had an issue i was concerned about. Rang the surgery and got an appointment 30 minutes later. Job done

    I joined this practice 2 years ago and first visit apart from Covid vaccine Phoned at 1030 appointment with paramedic practitioner at 13.30 Receptionist on phoning excellent very caring I was amazed to receive an appointment so quickly as I transferred from a practice where there were never appointments The paramedic practitioner was professional and friendly and organised prescription for shingles I was so impressed with everyone My husband has been with this practice for ten years and always speaks highly of care and I am so glad I moved to them Thank you

    My husband was referred to the surgeons at east Surrey, consultant wanted an MRI before next appointment to decide on surgery,but no appointment arranged by consultant on contacting MRI dept. Letter arrived for follow up appointment for consultant Having contacted both Crawley and East Surrey advised to speak to GP. Contacted GP practice, following a telephone consultation, MRI arranged speedily by GP. Amazing service and many thanks to GP as wasn't his referral but arranged. Thank you to an outstanding practice and GP

    I was fortunate to be able to transfer to Lingfield Surgery from a local "problem" group practice. Appointment today with doctor who I found to be very much on the ball and efficient in organising tests to decide the best way forward for me. Appointment was on time and did not seem rushed with adequate time to discuss my recent medical history and the purpose of the tests that being requesting. A positive first experience at Lingfield Surgery!

    Had problems with my prescription and this morning was given a Dr’s appointment for this afternoon. Saw the Dr on time, solved my prescription problem and also checked out two other matters for. Excellent service from all staff —-

    My interaction with one of the reception team today was excellent. She was empathetic, kind and helpful. I felt as though she really cared and couldn’t do enough to help. I didn’t catch her name but thank you!

    Cannot get an appointment. Get told to use the app which is dysfunctional. Phone calls to make appointment is only available at 8:30 am. If you cannot get that appointment. Rude receptio ist and no empathy for sick patients. Big sign in practice not to abuse receptionist but why are they allowed to sick patients. Totally unhelpful. Wish I could just be helped. I am a carer working 12 hour shifts on a zero hour contract and cannot even get help for myself. What a shame

    Dear Mrs Stuart, thank you for taking the time to send feedback about your contact with the surgery. I asked my Operations Manager to look into this as we currently have a waiting time of under 14 days for non-urgent appointments. Your online request was received on 5th December and on 6th December a non-urgent appointment was offered for Tues 19th December. Following your subsequent contact with the surgery we offered you an urgent appointment today 7th December with one of our urgent contact practitioners and I can see that you attended this morning. With regards to the comment about Reception staff behaviour I am sorry that you felt let down by the staff member that dealt with your enquiry. We do provide ongoing customer service training for all of our staff and your observations will be fed back to the whole team for continuous service improvement.     When you go online it says you download the forms and take to the practice with your id - as I had to go to the pharmacy I thought I would take the paperwork and ID to save time. When I approached the desk I was asked “can I help you” with a heavy sigh. I asked to register and she asked if I even lived in the area!! Then told I had to do it online and they don’t accept the paper forms anymore. So A - update the website to reflect this and stop wasting peoples time. B - employ receptionists with a caring attitude and not so huffy and rude! This was my rare day off, no doubt I have to come back again with ID. You charge people for wasting your time so with respect you wasted mine!!!
