Saw female paramedic. Concern about a sudden health issue. Felt supported and listened to. Tests required and done in a few days.

Once again called for a gp appointment to be told there are none and told to call back tomorrow and try again even though unable to. Since gp left the level of care has declined can never get a gp appointment always told none available a passed on to paramedic or pharmacy. Seems that reception staff make decision on if you can have access to a gp or not literally neglecting patients care as no gp ever available use to be the best gp in the area but isn’t anymore.
