   I had completed an E consultation 3 weeks ago and as a result the Gp advised I have some blood tests taken and some on from the practice will invite me for an appointment for the tests to be done . For the last 2 weeks I have tried to contact the Surgery to make this appointment as I haven't heard anything! I understand that they are busy but multiple times iv tried to get through I either get cut off after 90 minute wait or can't get through at all . Really frustrating service!
