    Have to compliment, care received but I have a regular need to contact and this is where practice is dysfunctional. Phone lines are regularly so busy you cannot even join the queue and visiting to speak with reception is also extremely busy with the patients queuing outside. I work, I should be able to contact surgery when required and this is just not possible. Be ashamed as there is nothing to be proud of the way the practice is managed

    Dear anonymous patient Thank you for taking the time to write your review on our services. Firstly, thank you very much for the feedback on the care you have received at the practice. We are very happy that you are pleased with this aspect. I am sorry that you have had difficulty in accessing services via phone and at the reception desk with long queues. The practice is very busy and the reception team do their best to see and speak to patients as quickly as they can. However, I understand it is frustrating for you. I would like to reassure you that we are working very hard on improving our telephone services with new functionality which will be implemented in the coming weeks. We have also now recruited many more reception team members and we are training these colleagues up a the moment. Thank you for your review.     I received a text message about a walk in Flu Jab. I went to the surgery with the expectation of having my yearly flu jab only to be told to return later. I explained I was unable to get back later as I have to get my husband to drive me and I have difficulty walking. I was told there was no appointments until later. I thought a walk in service meant you could walk in and wait for a flu jab. So I asked for an appointment another day, I was offered an appointment in 12 days later. I declined to appointment and left the surgery. I phoned a pharmacy the next day for a walk in Flu jab. I was in and out within 15 mins. Lister Medical centre needs to improve both the service they offer and their communications with patients.

    impossible to get through on the phone, and even more difficult to get an appointment . I never seen such a stupid service . how I explain my pain and feelings over fill-up form and pictures? can doctor seen over picture my pulse and heartbeat?
