Try to logon using the app and online appointment service as requested unable to and never been able to logon always out and temporary shutdown phone to surgery waited half an hour to get answered then I was told I have to logon to make an online appointment. I told them and I’m able to do this. That wasn’t acceptable so I went to doctor surgery to make an appointment face-to-face. I was told I cannot make an appointment. I have to go online even when the system is down and then I was told to keep on trying.

Dr telephoned me to give me my blood test results and whilst on the phone I mentioned the pain I am experiencing due to my osteoarthritis, he immediately referred me to the joint person. He phoned me this time, but I get stressed waiting for my call to the surgery to be answered but the online request for an appointment or call back is helpful.

My doctor gives me time and attention and is super knowledgeable. He always helps me get better. Today’s visit was very promising and I will check back on progress in two weeks.

I have tried to book an appointment at 5pm . Told to call back at 8am in the morning as they cannot make the appointment at this time in the day. I have tried to access the online form at 5.05pm and told it is not accessible. So what am I suppose to do. The lines at 8 in the morning are too busy and are surely for urgent appointments. Terrible, terrible surgery not in the patience Interest. I have been with this surgery for years and have never know it to be so bad.

I used the online service for the first time and found it very easy to follow (I do usually struggle with technology) I needed to check my appointment time so I left my phone number Someone from Lister House rang me within 10 minutes She confirmed my appointment time and followed it up with an email I was very impressed with the service!

I was unwell with chest infection and the medical staff were brilliant...and I had a bad rash on antibiotics and upset stomach on antibiotics...the staff have helped so I can have time to fully recover.

Dealt with very professionally as always feel like they’ve got my best interest at heart Received the phone call as I was promised felt that I could say anything I needed to a very professional and friendly practice

Recently had blood tests at Lister house. Nothing unusual but, this time I bled a lot as I was leaving the practice. The 3 members of staff that helped me was kindness it self. They certainly went the extra mile. Thank you.

Just rang up as a new patient hoping to get an assessment and a clean for my partner and I Receptionist couldn't be more unhelpful Told me I couldn't "just book an appointment" I would have to wait. She said then that systems were down and she couldn't help me ... I think I'll try somewhere else

I saw the HRT specialist today and found her to be really kind and helpful. She listened to me and it was the 1st time that I actually felt someone in the medical profession had understood me and my symptoms.
