I telephoned the practice over two weeks ago and was provided a telephone drs appointment. The Dr said I should see a physio and I called the surgery and was provided an appointment on 22/10/2024 at 12:40pm. At 12:46pm I got a text saying I have been booked at the wrong physio. I rang the surgery and they said I'll ring you back. They rang me back and said I've rebooked you in two weeks time for another appointment with no explanation as to what had gone wrong. Appalling service. I had to keep asking the receptionist what was the root cause of this error and eventually told a mistake. The practice management are not fit for purpose and should be removed and replaced because if you look at all the negative reviews on this site it tells you everything you need to know. No one takes ownership of errors and you hear no more about it. Avoid this practice if you can.

I have been pushed around from clinitian to nurse back to clinitian for nearly 2 years. When GP calls they have no idea why they are even calling, don't bother to read any notes beforehand so I have to explain my issues over and over again. Doctors tend to contradict one another regarding medication. My latest call has left me teary and just not knowing where to turn.

I had a very disappointing experience at this GP surgery last month. I tried to book an appointment multiple times and waited for a phone call that never came. When I went to the surgery to speak with the receptionist, I was informed that my contact details had been changed without my consent, causing me to miss my appointment. This was extremely frustrating as I have had the same number for over 15 years. To make matters worse, I ordered medication both over the phone and through the NHS app. The medication ordered through the app was promptly approved, but the medication ordered over the phone was not. When I called the reception this morning, I was told that the doctors would approve it later in the day. However, when I tried to call back in the afternoon, the practice was already closed, leaving me without the necessary medication. The unprofessional and unreliable behavior of the receptionists has left me feeling anxious about going back to this practice. The lack of communication and organization in managing appointments and medication orders is unacceptable. I would not recommend this GP surgery to anyone in need of efficient healthcare services.

Requested prescription though the app, over a month since my last request yet everything was rejected I'm on tablets for my heart that cannot be missed yet I had no option but to miss 4 days while it was sorted. Had a request to call the surgery for results, got a phone appointment between 3 and 4 a week later, doc finally rang at 7:40 and had no idea why she was ringing me and didn't even know the practice, the call ended with no clear indication of my results and a prescription for Nicorette This is happening almost every single time and I've had enough now. Don't care how far I gave to travel there has to be something better than this. Check their Google reviews it says it all

Sick to death of being given contradictory information told on Tuesday a form was just waiting to be signed today im told can take up to 6 weeks when I was told 3.received a phone call saying mum needs folic acid after a blood test that was done weeks ago

Was told by receptionist to phone surgery week after seeing doctor to book bloods, no appointment, given another number to phone, cannot get through, doctor has requested bloods (how do I do this) I have thyroid issues and need bloods doing it is a regular thing with this practice. Tried several times on other number no success
