Monday morning I sent a e consult within the hour the Dr replied for me to call the surgery for a blood test appointment this was then arranged for the next day at the surgery the receptionist was helpful. Blood taken by a lovely nurse called in early for my appointment and was to explained to the blood tests would be back in a few days Excellent service all round

Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We have worked hard to streamline our systems and processes to improve access both in terms of submitting appointment and general enquiry requests, and patients receiving consultations as soon as clinically necessary. I am very happy you feel this is working, I will share your comments with the team. Thank you again.

I rang the surgery just before 9am was asked if I could come and see the doctor at 10.30am. Couldn't of asked for a faster appointment time

Dear Patient Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. We work very hard to provide a responsive, safe service to our patients. It is always a pleasure when someone takes the time to write a positive review, which I shall share with the team. Thank you again, H. Morris-Khan - Practice Manager.

  4. Review titled stay away - not worth it

from their website - "You are a very well informed population of patients and are very good at identifying which problems require urgent medical attention." - why do we need this surgery then if we are doctors ourselves? so in case you are looking for an appointment, don't hold your breath! the time it takes to fill out their online form, one might just not need a doctor in that time. And the ivr! omg! that's the worst!! still harping about social distancing. Finally the icing on the cake comes in two flavours 1) Reception 2) ivr again. While the former is very unhelpful and patronising the voice message directs you to go to a local pharmacy for advice! I mean seriously! Is this why we pay ni towards nhs to talk to robots, fill out lenghy forms, or to get directed to pharmacies for advice, might as well start suggesting quacks then! if patients are able to decide for themselves, or pharmacies are to be relied upon, which does this surgery exist? Perhaps it will be best to terminate this surgery and give the share of money to each individual registered with the surgery which this surgery receives from nhs!

Your comments are very disappointing and show a lack of understanding of how GP surgeries are working during Covid. We are working to government mandated infection control standards to protect our patients and our workforce (to enable us to stay open). Online consultation and triage are part of the NHSE digital transformation program, and all surgeries will operate in this way by the end of 2023. Pharmacies are now contracted to offer a minor illness service along with a wide range of other services to support patients in their community. All of this information is available on the NHS England website at: https://www.england.nhs.uk/. It would have been more productive to speak with one of the reception team or ask for the Manager to explain how we are working if you were unsure. I hope you have now found a surgery that you feel meets your needs.
