rang for an appointment and as always, problem with these receptionists that feel entitled If they wanted to practise medicine they should instead of sitting here patronising their patients Feel sorry for the service users who can’t understand English very well who can’t stick up for themselves Seriously needs a staff replacement in the reception department because my experience was not it

Phoned to register with GPS spoken to receptionist called mariam was told not taking any patients without any explanation the NHS guidance is that a gp surgery must write to patient to within 14 days to explain why the surgery is not accepting new patients.

I recently enrolled at this practice. I am very pleased with the move after receiving good care from my GP & Nurse and courteous call handling and appointment reminder calls from the reception staff. Congratulations on an Efficient practice.
