Yesterday I had a doctor's appointment and the doctor did not seem at all interested in listening to anything I had to say to him. I asked why I was having a second blood test and the only word I could make out in his mumbled answer was 'bones'. I had my hearing aids in, so I know it wasn't that. I've become really concerned that the doctors at the surgery think that I'm a stupid old woman who's wasting their time.

Helped kindly by reception staff to sort out an issue. At appointment Doctor was absolutely brilliant with me and listened and understood. So patient also. Came out feeling totally heard and 100% happy with the advice given.

This is a very poor practice. I had bloods first taken on the 8th Feb. Since then I've had them repeated 4 times due to the bloods being left standing or lost. I was even admitted to A&E at 11pm on a Friday night and the bloods showed a dangerously high potassium level all due to the bloods being left standing before testing. Bloods taken for a fourth time two weeks ago and I am still awaiting the result. The worst practice I've ever registered with. Not to mention it takes about 8 weeks to get an appointment. Also can never get through on the phone and I'm not sure why as whenever I've been in there the phone isn't even ringing. If there is something wrong with me it'll be too late to get any treatment as I've already waiting almost 3 months just for the blood tests.

I got a care from gps I got help from my gps to mange my blood sugar levels It’s easy to book an appointment with receptionist

The practice has given me an excellent service from start to finish (receptionist, nurses and doctors). They arranged prompt hospital appointments and reviews. All along they have shown understanding and empathy. Keep up the great work

It’s very good surgery and the Doctors they advised always very nicely and always give appointments on phone call quickly and blood test as well and they call every two weeks to check cross to me how’s I feel what my diabetes level and what I do and they suggest what I do I’m very very happy with she always give me path where I have to go. Thanks to all team Reception and Doctors and Nurses.

Today i held on the phone for over 45 minutes as i know i need antibiotics, i have Stage 4 COPD and called to ask for a Doctors call, after the phone was eventually answered they said to call back at 2 and i should be able to get appt, so do i have to wait another 45 minutes on the phone, it is utterly disgusting, the great thing is when you venture into the Surgery it is empty no phone ringing, think in the New Year time for a change, not happy

I have been with the surgery for approx. 5 years and in that time I have had a few occasions to have to visit the GP . Like most , I am not the biggest fan of going to the Dr, in fact it does give me quite bad anxiety, however every Dr I have seen here has always listened to me and put me at ease. They have always been thorough and followed through with investigations and at no point have I felt like I had wasted their time . I leave there feeling like I was listened to at that I have received the correct advice or treatment. It can often take a very long time for the phone to be answered ,to make an appointment, and appointments can often be quite a wait which can be frustrating, but I appreciate the staff are busy and under pressure and to be honest I doubt it is any different than most surgeries due to the high volume of patients and needs. I do like the option now to have either a face to face appointment or a phone call. I have always found the reception staff to be helpful and polite. I would recommend this surgery
