   Today i held on the phone for over 45 minutes as i know i need antibiotics, i have Stage 4 COPD and called to ask for a Doctors call, after the phone was eventually answered they said to call back at 2 and i should be able to get appt, so do i have to wait another 45 minutes on the phone, it is utterly disgusting, the great thing is when you venture into the Surgery it is empty no phone ringing, think in the New Year time for a change, not happy

   Visited December 2022
