Review titled Excellent practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have received nothing but a great service everytime I have visited or called the practice. I recently had a premature baby who was on the neonatal unit at the hospital for 6 weeks, following discharge my first point of call on all occasions has been Little Town. Not on any occasion have they failed me. They have done everything possibe to accomodate my needs, from ordering prescriptions to appointments, even coming out to the waiting area to help me with the baby. I truly great service on every occasion. The admin staff are excellent, they great me with pleasure and treat me like i'm actually a somebody, unlike my old practice. I can stop and have a long chat with them and they will engage back with a smile. The doctors have also done th full works on th baby everytime I have taken him in. My most impressive part of the practice was when I took the baby for his first immunisations, in the room waiting for us was a admin staff, a junior doctor, a student doctor and a nurse. Each one of them played an important part at the time. I asked whether that was normal practice at their surgery, I was reassured that it was. I have three older children that were registered at the old practice, when I took them for immunisations, we had one nurse in the room who applied the injection and did the paperwork. So knowing my baby was getting the full works at Little Town really impressed me. Keep up the good ork guys. Thank you
