Impossible to talk to a human being about changing an appointment. All reliant on some awful IT. The receptionists are too busy chatting publicly about confidential information to actually answer a phone. No chance of being seen at your own practice.

I have visited the NHS App and yet again like everything associated with this Partnership it does not work. At the App there is nothing offered to book a slot. Just as bad as when I have recently been sent a link to record my blood pressure and when you click on it starts to connect and then just hangs. If you try to phone the surgery it automatically goes to answerphone and tells you to make contact online. You go to try econsult and there is a message to say that it is not currently available. Aargh!

I wanted to post and praise St Luke’s surgery. I did an e-consult last Wednesday morning, and got an appointment at the surgery on Wednesday afternoon. The Dr decided we needed a specialist service referral, and said he’d send it off. I had a text on Thursday afternoon with an appointment at the hospital for Friday morning. Just had a follow up appointment at St Luke’s today with an excellent and friendly Nurse. Very pleased.
