    I have not received this level of support from a GP practice for a number of years. It has been a really good balance between digital efficiency and actual patient care. I was so surprised to get the same GP for my illness and they genuinely cared about how the whole of my life was being impacted. I actually felt like I was treated like a person and received a great level of support that I feel has just in itself made me feel relieved. Positive reviews barely make it online, so I thought as the GP took the time to help me I would take the time to express how thankful I am that my encounter was without bureaucratic barriers (that increase stress) and provided the support needed! I felt respected in my choices and views also without any judgement.

    Because I am on a regime of two weekly blood tests I want to make an appointment but there are absolutely zero blood test appointments available at st Luke's or across the livingwell partnership.

    Impossible to talk to a human being about changing an appointment. All reliant on some awful IT. The receptionists are too busy chatting publicly about confidential information to actually answer a phone. No chance of being seen at your own practice.

    I have visited the NHS App and yet again like everything associated with this Partnership it does not work. At the App there is nothing offered to book a slot. Just as bad as when I have recently been sent a link to record my blood pressure and when you click on it starts to connect and then just hangs. If you try to phone the surgery it automatically goes to answerphone and tells you to make contact online. You go to try econsult and there is a message to say that it is not currently available. Aargh!
