Telephoned for an appointment phone was answered in 15 minutes by helpful receptionist who took some details and was referred for a phone call back made within 2o minutes and appointment same morning with duty doctor who listened and was helpful gave advice. Referred onto the hospital. Always find all staff are polite.

The service I have had from Loddon Vale Practice regarding a new prescription from RBH Neurology has been excellent. I did not expect such a fast response and because of their care I have been able to commence on my new treatment quicker than I thought I would. All I can say is a very big thank you to all the staff. Please keep up this excellent service.
