I went in GP on 15th July morning time for txt physiotherapy on my muscle in 2 mins they finish and I have to wait 12 days for blood test imb believe,we have alot of problems on GP means they put as experienced but they not experienced for this to do on me

I am currently writing this review as I am waiting for over an hour for an appointment which I had arrived for early. It is unacceptable that a booking the Surgery had made, and suggested the time for, is overrun by so much. Raising this with reception produces the standard "there is one person ahead of you and I have no idea how long the patient will be." If there are delays, and I accept sometimes emerge crop up then please have the courtesy to keep me informed so I can plan accordingly. This is not representative of the service I expect and reflects badly on the Surgery. The wait is now one hour thirty minutes and counting.

I needed to have a blood test and am extremely needle phobic. The surgery arranged for me to have my blood test done at the surgery. The two nurses who saw to me were brilliant, patient and kind from start to finish. They listened to me and made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout. I would recommend this doctors surgery to anyone.

Called Monday morning had to wait a while on the phones but got an appointment that morning sent for tests that day - fast and efficient- everyone was polite and help from reception to the gp that I saw - thank you

I went to get an injection today and honestly the nurse was absolutely incredible. The nurse was asking me thorough questions and also informed me of information I had not been aware of. The nurse made me feel at ease and built a rapport with me. I would definitely recommend that nurse to anyone.
