I filled online forms yesterday requesting to see a doctor they called within a couple of hours got appt this morning this system seems to work very well a lot easier getting an appt ive always had great service with this practice ive been with them 13 years doctors are lovely and try their best to help you all the staff are amazing they have helped me so much over the years wouldn't change doctors well done to you all you are a credit

I have used the new total triage system to request medication review and to contact the practice about ongoing medical issues. Response is very quick and has been with appropriate staff. Thank you

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment with the ongoing issues surrounding appointment bookings via eConsult. Yet again, I have received a link to schedule an appointment, only to find that no appointments are available. This seems to have become a recurring issue, and it highlights a lack of attention to patient needs by the reception team and those responsible for managing appointments. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with Barrett's oesophagus, a condition that could have been detected earlier if timely appointments and proper attention had been provided by the practice. This is a serious matter that directly impacts my health, and it is disheartening to see no improvement despite my previous feedback. Furthermore, it is unacceptable that there appears to be no availability of appointments for the next six months. It raises serious questions about how appointment management is being handled and whether patients’ health and well-being are being prioritized. I urge the practice to address these concerns immediately and implement necessary changes to improve patient services. Please let me know how this issue will be resolved.

I have been seeing the Practice Nurses twice a week since mid May to have dressings on my legs. I believe I have seen all the nurses at the Practice at least once and 3 of them more regularly since June. I cannot praise all of them highly enough, from having fluid pouring from both legs in May to now having a small patch of new skin above my left ankle to me is awesome. Your nursing team is absolutely the best, thank you all.
