It took a long time to get a face to face appointment but when I saw the GP registrar they listened carefully, gave an opinion but also said he wanted to talk to a senior. He got back to me later that evening and talked me through the plans and actioned it straight away. Thank you

Moving to the London Road surgery was the best decision we made! Today as an example I called at 11am to try and get an appt for my 5 month old as pharmacy had said she needed a doctor to prescribe eye drops. As I was nearby I thought I’d also drive down there - expecting to return later or tomorrow when an appointment was available. My call was answered as I walked into the surgery, told me to take a seat and as my bum sat on the chair I was called in! Not even a 10 minute turn around time and we left with a prescription - fantastic service! This isn’t the first time they’ve fitted me in quickly for myself or the children. The nurses and maternity team are also fantastic there. Receptionists always friendly and helpful when I call or go on. Cannot fault them! I am one of those people who ask a lot of questions but they never seem to mind.

I have a young family with some complex needs and London Road Surgery have never failed to pull through for me. The staff are friendly and try their best do do everything possible to support the health of my family and are as flexible as they can be given the current state of the NHS. I am so grateful for the wonderful staff at this surgery and do not have a bad thing to say.
