Review titled Tip Top Compassionate Care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Edwin Terrett - Posted on 16 September 2024
I am a ‘regular’ and am continually impressed and grateful for the compassionate, thorough, professional care from all: Reception, Nurses and Doctors. Recent visit for a perceived ailment resulted in efficient, rapid identification of a more immediate issue that was speedily addressed, with a burgeoning plan put in place - on a Friday afternoon. I feel very well cared for. Thank you all.

Review titled Brilliant Practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 07 March 2024
I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this practice. The Gp's and receptionist go above and beyond. They are compassionate and considerate. I had a call with a GP then had a scan within a week and then the GP called and explained the results calmly, and kindly. Answered all my questions and was very reassuring

Review titled Terrible organisation
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Stuart - Posted on 18 April 2023
NHS website states I am in the catchment area for this surgery, I called and was told I was and needed to fill in a form. I went to surgery completed forms, it took several hours. I was then called and old I was out of area! Utter waste of my time, badly organised and wrong information from start to finish.

I was sorry to read your feedback and wish to apologise for the inconvenience caused. Having investigated this, it would appear that the NHS website is incorrectly saying that some postcodes are within our boundary. We are looking into this to see how we can correct it. I apologise that it was only after you had completed the forms that this was identified. In certain circumstances, it is possible to register as an out of area patient, subject to capacity and/or clinical care needs, each case being dealt with individually. I would be happy to review your request if you so wish. Thank you for your feedback.
