Nothing is straight forward with this practice and by other reviews nothing changes. Its so poor. I recently needed a blood test. Was send confirmation with number, date and time of appointment. When seen was told number is not correct and must go and get it sorted. Explained its not my problem and that the surgery or doctor should have issued a correct one. They refused to help so walked out. A truly terrible service from this surgery as always.

Never have any appointments available. It’s like going back 20 years having to call up at 8am and hoping to get an appt. They now have a form online they ask you to complete rather than have a face to face appt. The form used to be available all the time, now you can only complete the form between 8am-11am, to get a call within 48hrs. Was waiting for a call from a clinician, had to wait a week to get a call, then when they did call couldn’t hear them on the other end. Call GP’s get told will have to wait another week for another call back, even though issue was at there end. Service is just beyond poor.

My daughter was seen by one the GP’s at this surgery and all I can say is that I left feeling very happy and felt I had been listened to and my worries all taken on board.
