I have previously very rarely consulted the practice, but became concerned about a condition that I had developed. The navigator (receptionist) I initially spoke to at the surgery could not have been more helpful, asked me several questions and arranged for me to be seen within 2 hours and a series of tests (bloods, ECG etc) were carried out. All staff and the GP I saw could not have been more helpful and professional. I have been very impressed and would score my treatment as 10 out of 10.

A friendly, professional, seamless experience from receptionist, doctor, nurse, pharmacist and speedy test results. I cannot speak too highly off the staff.
