    I have been trying to get an appointment last two weeks and after half and hour waiting on the phone, they says call back tomorrow! I’ve been suffering with pains and now my arms and ankles are swollen! 28th November when I rang them after long explanation they booked a telephone consultation out of hours evening 8.15 of 29th. I was waiting from 8pm still no one call me!! I don’t ask or call them often but when I really need an appointment, they try their best not to give any appointments! Why this GP practice even open if they don’t want to help any patients!

    I did have a bad experience the last appointment I had. The lady doctor was so rude to me, ii was told to stop talking as she had another patient to see I believe it was because I mentioned my medication, but was told you are here to have your stomach. Looked at, God you can only mention the one symtom

As GP appointments are time sensitive we do ask patients to request a double appointment should there be more than one issue needing to be discussed.     I am waiting for some blood test results which I had done on 28th October. I have tried calling the surgery multiple times only to be number 1 in the queue for half an hour! Some days I have called twice with the same result. I have tried the econsult only to be told someone will get back to me by a certain date,which never happens. It is impossible to get through to this surgery.

    I left a Medical Questionnaire, about 20 pages, with the practice on 7 August. I had filled out the form in order to start a new job and just needed it to be checked over by my GP and counter signed. I was told this would take 6 weeks. 8 weeks later, I contacted the Practice online and within hours was told my form was ready - only to be given a 'Medical Report' that my GP had produced. This was not what I needed and the original form I had submitted to my employer and could not get back in order to copy for the practice again. They didn't seem to understand what I was asking for and as yet I still have no form and am in limbo with my new job starting date.
