   I had an appointment at 11.10am on 20th aug 2024 I checked in at 11.05 with the receptionist and was told to wait in reception. After 1 hour I was told by the blood nurse that she thought I hadn’t turned up and the receptionist said she had forgotten about me. I was late for work and was told I would have to come back another day. Well let’s hope there’s nothing seriously wrong with me! Disgraceful practice.
